KinderTools Terms of Service (Effective May 2025) — By accessing, purchasing, installing, or using any software sold or provided under the KinderTools brand (including but not limited to Discord or Telegram-related automation tools), you agree to the following Terms of Service in full. All KinderTools products are intended strictly for personal, educational, administrative, and marketing purposes. Misuse of the software for illegal, abusive, or disruptive actions—such as mass spamming, harassment, unauthorized scraping, or exploitation of platform vulnerabilities—is strictly prohibited. You are solely responsible for how you use the tools, and KinderTools holds no liability for your actions or any consequences resulting from them, including account bans, suspensions, or legal issues. By using our software, you agree to comply with the Terms of Service of the platforms involved (e.g., Discord, Telegram). We are not affiliated with Discord Inc., Telegram, or any third-party API provider. All user tokens or session data used in our tools are stored locally on your device; we do not collect, view, or share any account credentials. It is your responsibility to secure your own accounts and usage. All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital delivery and activation, we do not offer refunds under any circumstance. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user license to use the software. Redistribution, reselling, repackaging, cracking, or modifying the tool or any part of its code without permission is strictly forbidden. Updates, bug fixes, and support may be provided at our discretion but are not guaranteed beyond initial delivery unless stated otherwise. By using any KinderTools product, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian, and that you fully understand and agree to these Terms of Service. Violation of these terms may result in license termination without warning or compensation.
